We can help get you set-up with a highly functioning and stylish looking space. Book an interior consultation for direction and a recommendation report or choose to leave it up to us to get you set-up without the time and hassle of shopping in a new city. You can rent out your investment furnished right away or move-in hassle free, like checking in to a hotel except now your new home. We share designer discount rates to get you the very best pricing possible.

DOWNSIZING OR STARTING ANEW IN A SMALL PROPERTY

Downsizing is a challenge and space planning is important to ensuring you get the most effective use of your new home. We recommend which pieces of your current furniture collection will fit into your new smaller space taking into consideration the individual size, dimension and utility of each piece. Tailoring a plan for you with a custom ‘Move Ready Check Book’ your decisions and preparations leading to moving day are made easier. Questions like what to keep, where to have items moved and how to be comfortable and less overwhelmed are addressed.

Add staging to your consultation in preparation for marketing photos, showing or for hosting an open house. Additional monthly rental costs apply(pro-rated rates unavailable).

CLIENT CONSULTATION

 

A client consultation can be very short, to help determine what needs to be done to stage the property. Or, it may be as long as three hours when specific recommendations are given to the client to help him or her prepare the property for selling.

 

SALE READY RECOMMENDATIONS

 

Many clients need a step-by-step plan to get them started on the right track. We prepare a “Sale Ready Check Book” specific to your property and for you to keep. We make very detailed and specific recommendations to follow.

 

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING

 

Decluttering can be an overwhelming job for many clients. The longer they have lived in their homes the worse it can be. We recommend local professional organizers to help get started with what we call the “prepack” and for smaller projects offer hourly rates for assistance. Time to pack up anyway; we just nudge this task along in a good way!

 

STAGING/HANDS-ON INSTALLATION/SHOWCASING

 

We offer the physical hands-on part of the actual staging of the home. We rearrange furniture, rehang art, attractively accessorize, create vignettes of interest that invite potential buyers in, and create the right look for every client’s target market.

 

RENTALS

 

Whether a client needs an entire vacant home of rental furnishings or just a few to update the look of the home for showing, we know the right sources to find the right product for each client. Rental rates available on request.

 

SHOPPING

 

Someone has to do this and we are happy to step up to the plate and offer our professional shopping services. We shop for all cosmetic home decor and minor renovation needs. New to Victoria and want some help or just purchased an Air BnB investment? Let us help get you set-up so you can rent out your furnished suite in a little as one week and save you time.

MLS/SALE READY PHOTOS 

 

Once we have finished staging your space and it looks fabulous, we can email you our photos so you can use them on MLS or in any other marketing materials! This offer is included with Consultation and Staging Service package holders. Please call for more details.

MOVE-IN SERVICES

 

We know what an exhausting job selling can be so we provide clients with a special “move-in” service. If we packed up the old space, who better to set them up in their new home? After having depersonalized their property for selling, we can easily personalize their new home and usually in just one day!
